Would you like to support Western Washington Center for the Arts with a donation?
Bringing a musical theater production to life involves hard work, dedication and energy. It also takes a significant amount of money. That's why supporters of WWCA are so important and so appreciated. As a not-for-profit arts organization, Western Washington Center for the Arts simply would not exist without the generosity of our patrons and donors. Ticket sales cover only a portion of our production costs, so we rely on gifts from the community to close the gap and to provide essential funding to bring live theater to south Kitsap County.
A donation earmarked to Support WWCA is sued to pay for the necessities and practicalities of running a theater, including our utilities, rent, overhead cost , heat, internet, and other bills associated with the continued day to day operations.
Our summer workshops help our youth develop their talents and skills as performers and backstage artisans. Not everyone can afford to pay the workshop registration fee so we offer scholarships based on need. These scholarships are funded by your generous donations. Please consider donating a specific amount to our Summer Workshop Scholarship Fund. Thank you!
As we embark on this new endeavor, we deeply value your support and involvement. Whether you are an actor, crew member, volunteer, or patron, your dedication has been instrumental in shaping the WWCA into what it is today. We kindly request your continued commitment as we navigate this transition and work towards creating an even more vibrant artistic community.
Donations earmarked for the Theatre Renovation Fund will be used to offset the costs of converting the building to our needs and for updating and renovating our new home to meet our needs.
